The Chevrolet has just made version of the expected entry of Captive. Equipped with 2.4 Ecotec engine of 171 hp version behind the more robust style, with bumpers and wheels painted in black with simple design. The price decreases, starting now of $ 86,990, the V6 versions 4 × 2 and 4 × 4 from $ 96,990 and 103,990, respectively. The differences are noticeable instantly when you look at the car.

The bumpers and frames are painted in black in this version, the 17-inch wheels are simpler design and chrome, almost a feature of the model, and most of them disappear in this version. The level of equipment is very close to the top line, which includes six air bags, power steering, air conditioning, ABS, stability control, traction control, on-board computer and monitor tire pressure (equipment that will also the V6 in the coming months).

The number of items that are not the V6 in 2.4 are leather seats, electric height adjustment for the driver and port-objects in the trunk. All of them are present in the list of options. The Ecotec engine is a 2.4 VVT 16v of 171 horse power and torque of 22.2 kgfm. The V6 version has 261 hp and 32.95 kgfm.
