This house design is full of light and it is a very senseful concept because it has many prominent features. Occupying a prominent location along the Charles River the complex stands at six stories high and consists of glass bay windows, providing views of the river and beyond. woo has incorporated sustainability in the project by using renewable bamboo flooring and wall panelling, green finishes and building systems designed to minimize energy usage.

Kyu Sung Woo Architects to design a new graduate student residence that aims to achieve a high level of LEED Certification. This new concept is amazing and beautiful I love it. The project is planned to accommodate 215 students and will include typical collegiate facilities such as a faculty director’s suite, fitness room, study lounge, multi-purpose room, and garage beneath the building. This opened design with full ventilation are excellent to get natural energy.
